Terms of Service

CreHub provides software for creating and managing commercial real estate listing pages, lead capture forms, NDA gating, analytics, QR codes, and related workflows.

You may use CreHub only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any agreement between CreHub and your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to the listing content, documents, media, and data you upload.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you use CreHub on behalf of a brokerage, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to CreHub. You grant CreHub a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and reproduce that content as needed to operate the platform.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential without authorization, malicious, or otherwise harmful. CreHub may remove content or suspend access if we believe it violates these Terms or creates risk.

CreHub may help collect prospect information, record NDA acceptance, send notifications, and route inquiries to brokers or authorized team members. You are responsible for your use of lead data and for complying with privacy, marketing, brokerage, and real estate laws that apply to your business.

CreHub does not provide legal, brokerage, financial, tax, appraisal, or investment advice. NDA templates and related workflows are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by your own counsel.

CreHub may integrate with third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, email, SMS, maps, analytics, document storage, and automations. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, services, outages, or data practices outside our control.

Paid plans, billing intervals, limits, and fees are described at signup or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing or plan features with notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms for the applicable plan.

We work to keep CreHub reliable, but the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every listing page, message, integration, or analytics event will be available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreHub disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to CreHub for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by updating this page.

You may stop using CreHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.
